Back to Work - Back to Business

Today I went back to work after 5 days of vacation. Boy was that a shock to my system. emoticon

I didn't plan well for today and paid the price.

I brought a healthy breakfast and lunch but didn't bring enough healthy snacks and got really hungry and made a bad choice.

On a bright note, I had an awesome workout with my trainer today.
Today's theme
1 minute- 45 seconds-30 seconds
There are two exercises per set and you rotate through them first doing each for 1 minute, then 45 seconds, then 30 seconds.

The sets were:

Squats to forward jab (10lbs & 8lbs -last 2 sets)
Plank on ball

Holding 15lb weighted bar: Deadlift and then squats
Mountain climbers

Side squats to knee lift and overhead press with kettlebell
Medicine ball slams

My shoulders were burning when I finished. They were a bit sore from my home workout yesterday so this just killed them. emoticon

My goal for tomorrow: Plan all my food and stick to it! emoticon emoticon
