So, I'm--Almost--Back

Monday, July 08, 2013

I didn't make this announcement before I dropped off the radar a few months ago. I'm pregnant... Massively so at this point. The baby is due tomorrow. Aside from getting impatient to simply be DONE being pregnant, I'm also getting really impatient to return to my goals and lifestyle adjustments.

I'm returning having gained very little weight during the course of the pregnancy and having learned a few new skills and a bit of perspective. I'll go into those in later blogs. For now, I am pleased to say I am where I planned to be at the start of this pregnancy and I am in a very strong position to step back in full swing as soon as I have post-partum clearance in late August-early September.

Before then, I'll be stepping back into my plans a bit carefully and perhaps a bit slower than absolutely necessary. Once fully back, I'm looking forward to living as well as possible moving forward.

Awe, Lady take it slow. I mean, you will have time to drop the weight and get fitter. Congrats on being pregnant! (I thought I had mindlessly missed an important detail) I hope all goes well and take some time out to pamper yourself. emoticon
