Power knee: From 103-112
Power Jumps: From 27-34
Globe Jumps: From 8-11
Suicide Jumps: From 12-15
Push up Jacks: From 26-32
Low plank Oblique: From 43-54.
I lost 1 inch off my waist , 0.5 inches off my thigh, .05 inches off my chest but my weight went up from 174.7-176.2. I don't mind the scale just as long as the inches comes off.
