Ok. Halfway point. Too bad I did this program over vacation. I don't do well with tons of free time. Oh well, it is what it is

30 day abs
Slacking on both of those, screwed up my neck sometime last week.
Tomorrows an off day. Will still try and get in run
Back to work and 3hour sleep schedule. Yeabuddy.
