Apparently my enthusiasm outweighs(forgive the pun) my ability to exercise for any length of time! By a LOT!

Seeing how its been forever since I have done any regular exercise, I should have realized that I need to start small. I tried to do one of Coach Nicole's workouts and I could not do some of the basic moves. I can't do squats and lunges due to my bad knees and let's face size. Given some time and regular exercise, I will be able to muddle through one of her workouts. Thus...another new goal! Not that I have discussed any of my new goals as yet.

After a few minutes, I switched to Walk Away the Pounds. That lasted all of 10 minutes...I made it to a half mile, then stopped. Again, need to work my way up again. I am fighting my need to do the whole mile and be content with what I did accomplish! Baby ...I am proud of myself.

Tomorrow I will do two 10 minutes sessions of cardio and some strength training. I'm doing great~

Okay...guess i need to eat, fold some laundry, throw the rest into the dryer. I popped in "Tangled" to watch while puttering, by choice. No tv today other than that. Go me!
