July 7- I think I lost a day?!

So somewhere in starting summer school in-service, the 4th of July, relaxing and beginning my purge.... I lost a day and apparently it is July 6th?!

Well, to recap:

Yesterday, I headed to the gym and then started working on moving boxes to go through for my purge (yard sale, keep, donate, school).

Today, I went to Zumba with a friend! Then had a nice early supper/ late lunch with my hubby, walked the mall a bit, and then went to the movies with another friend.

I realize I am setting some ambitious goals this month including:

Gym- at least 5 times a week
Working out daily- for at least 60 minutes a day
Getting more water in daily
Keep tracking
Go through most of my boxes at home for the purge!

I have started to see a breakthrough from my plateau that I have been fighting for months now! Hopefully with my trainer and goals I can kick it into high gear!

    Great goals for the month! Glad you are seeing some improvement in that plateau. I know how aggravating that can be. Zumba sounds like fun! I need to try that.

    Woo hoo on starting to breakthrough your plateau! That is awesome. Love your goals for the month. Achieving those should bring you some results! I love Zumba, but I haven't been for quite a while due to hubby's illness. I can't wait to be able to get back to it.

    Love the idea of a purge. Can you come help me with mine? LOL
