3.5 was my speed AND incline on the treadmill while I RAN for 5 minutes. emoticon emoticon I am NOT a runner and have NEVER run on a treadmill before. As they say....there's a 1st time for everything. Well yesterday 7/6/13 was my first time running on a treadmill and my first time working out this month.

All that is new and different. I usually workout everyday. I have had so much going on in my little world I wasn't really focused on working out or my eating habits or lack there of..and I feel fine with that! I have no regrets about it. I was not stressed out about losing weight and that is a great feeling. The harder I focus on an (eating) plan and making the scale move...the harder it is for me to do. I notice I do better when I just make sure to get my water and fruggies in and try to eat 4 times a day. Working out comes easy to me and I actually love it. I think my body and mind needed a break....

Anyway, I got in 47 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the bike and a 10 minute walk outside. emoticon emoticon emoticon

The scale read 227.2 yesterday.... emoticon

Today I'm wearing a size 14 capris and a large top.... emoticon

I'm making progress and thankful for it.

My goal for this week is to goto the gym at least 5 days. I don't have access to a gym at home, but I am on vacation in CA where I can use a gym. So, I am going to do exactly that.
