day 12 of challenge

So I took a few days off. Taking care of other things I have to admit didn't really eat healthy those days. I decided not to start my counting all over again of days because I have made it this far. I didn't slip up completely maybe a day. I just didn't work out. But I did go to the gym today and did some elliptical, stairs, rowing machine and bike. : ) I feel confident that I will keep moving forward. Cant beat myself when I slip just need to get back on track. The most important thing I am realizing . Before I slipped and just would give up and go back to old ways .. but it does not have to be that way
