1) 2x stair workouts
2) 1x run
3) any form of strength
No Bonus

I only made one stair run/workout this week (I will use holiday as my excuse). For those interested again, its 5x sprints, 5x lunge left leg, 5x sprints, 5x lunge right leg, 5x sprints. I started doing some hill climb and running after too. This is the hill in the park I essentially lunge up afterwards.

I got a fancy new phone which means I have GPS! I was using an accelerometer and calculating my distance and speed. It was so off. I am going faster and further than I thought. I was really excited to find this out. These are some remnants I stumbled on getting water in the park. I will say on that first run of the week, I was hurting from the 4th. I made myself run. Felt a little better for a while at least. May not be a miracle cure for a hangover but it helped. I may have sweat out some sangria.

Tuesday, it was ridiculously hot. I decided to finally try working out in the bus. I have done this one ab/arms workout before and it killed. (
). There's just enough room for me in our bedroom area to get it done! I'm going to try to do this once a week. I felt like I had abs there for a minute. I know I have a pretty decent shape but I get self conscious. I have scar tissue from surgeries and always feel a little lumpy even when I'm at my smallest (like now). So I'll do another picture in a month or so to see if doing this once or twice a week makes a difference!

I'm proud that I'm keeping up my workouts. I want to get faster at running, and mostly just run more. I could probably push myself more. I need to take advantage of the good temperature days. But at least now I have one workout I can do in the bus and will be looking for more!
