I am hiding from the heat today. There is a heat advisory in effect and I am staying inside and doing my best to avoid the heat. Even when I went out, I went to air conditioned environments and did my best to avoid being outside. Not my normal preference, but I am confessing that it is my goal for today.

It's been a lot--most important is staying good and hydrated. All of the water/ no-cal beverages will also keep you satisfied and away from the eating that summer sometimes promotes (like those icy and ice cream treats.)

    Take care, that's most important!
    Gentle hugs,

I don't tolerate heat very well so staying in sounds like a good idea to me.

Some days - survival is our priority. I'm not going to knock you for it. If you are smart - tomorrow can be another day to make a difference.

Keep taking care of you! You deserve it!!!

I'm with ya. I really mind the heat. I still managed to get out a bit this week, but it was a rough one. Hang in there.

I do not blame you for staying out of the heat. the heat has gotten me sick in the last few days. I do not go anywhere unless I absolutely have to. I live in Minnesota, but it does not take much heat for me to be sick.
