Prep day: any suggestions on how to stay motivated?

Ok.. today is prep day for week 1 of the B.E.S.S.T. week ever.
Motivation is strong committed to completing the details is waning. I am fully indulging in things I will limit over the course of the next 12 weeks. I have a group a friends to take the journey with me... I just need to set goals for today and complete them in order to be prepared for next week!
