"Bad" goal...

My Spark Coach WooHoo was "Wake up with Determination...Go to bed with Satisfaction" and that is my aim! emoticon

I need to hit this with a bang...I need to forget the "good" goal of no more than 2 pounds per week of weight loss. I NEED to break that "40" thing I've had going on for the last year...

I know this flies against all of the rules.. WW, Spark, the doctor's recommended goal...but this is about what I need to get the journey back on track. emoticon

Now, to ease the arguments that I'm likely to hear...We all know that starting out, most of us lose more than the 2 pounds per week! I'm not talking 10 pounds either...just 4. 3...that's it!

I will simply work day by day to do what I need to do...I Will measure. I WILL drink water. I will make Most of the right choices, not just a few...

I Will wake up with Determination... emoticon

I will go to bed with SATISFACTION !!! emoticon

this is my one week promise to myself! Starting now... emoticon
