Day 1 Exercise

So it's funny but the five minute goal worked out really well for me. I have a habit of setting goals that are so big or so difficult to achieve that I set myself up for failure. But five minutes - no problem and I actually went and worked out later and it felt like icing on the cake. So I'm pleased!
