12 Week and Spring 5% Challenge Results

I just finished up the 8 week 5% Spring into Summer Challenge with great results:

Starting Weight May 11: 168.8 lbs
Goal Weight: 160.36 lbs
5% Goal: 8.44 lbs
Ending Weight July 6: 157.4 lbs
Total Lost: 11.4 lbs
Total Over Goal: 2.96 lbs
Total %: 6.75%

Since I got out of my funk 12 weeks ago I have made some great progress:

Starting Weight April 13: 178.8 lbs
Mini Goal July 1st: 160 lbs reached 6/22/13
Current Weight July 6: 157.4 lbs
Total Lost: 21.4 lbs
Total %: 12%

Next Mini Goal - Sept 1st: 150 lbs
