Set a goal to get to bed last night before 2 am...and met it. Also slept for about 7 hours which for me, is miraculous. Had yogurt for breakfast. Heck, I ATE breakfast. I've been cleaning the house and moving. My goal for this next week, my last week out on disability, is to slowly get rid of the junk in my house that has, pardon the pun, been weighing me down. If my husband truly needs something....he best find a home for it as I am taking no prisoners in the battle on clutter.

    We share the goal...I joined SparkPeople a while back but get confused about all the different things to log, so I have spent most of my time looking and reading about everything. I need to rid myself of body & mind clutter I guess ~ that has been standing between me and getting started logging.
