Feeling Better

The comments and goodies raised my spirits as I spent the day recuperating.
I didn't leave my house. I rested (including 2 hr afternoon nap), prayed, chair exercised, participated in a 1/2 hr business conference call, and sat with my legs up while being on my laptop.
I've watched my diet and drank my water.
Result: I'm back to my usual self and am feeling better. The arthritis flair has subsided.
