Feeling Better

The comments and goodies raised my spirits as I spent the day recuperating.
I didn't leave my house. I rested (including 2 hr afternoon nap), prayed, chair exercised, participated in a 1/2 hr business conference call, and sat with my legs up while being on my laptop.
I've watched my diet and drank my water.
Result: I'm back to my usual self and am feeling better. The arthritis flair has subsided.
Thanks for the support across the miles (and continents).

    Glad to hear it Pat! Nothing like taking care of oneself. It's really important. Like FlyLady says, you can do anything in 15 minute increments. And I know that as we age, it's important not to overdo. Because we can feel just as satisfied in getting minor accomplishments done in 15 minutes as we do in several hours' worth.
