I was too tired for the frozen yogurt last night. I went to Zumba this morning. It was another good workout.
I left the gym and went to the farmer's market. I bought kale, some green peppers and more tomatoes. Nothing like fresh tomatoes! For lunch today, I had a Michelina Chicken Asiago meal and some apples I "baked" in the microwave for about 5 minutes. I added apple pie spice, 1 tablespoon of Splenda brown sugar blend (10 calories) and 2 tablespoons of sugar free caramel syrup (0 calories).

While I was out I signed up for a crochet class on next Saturday. I haven't crocheted since I was a kid and made numerous hot pads.
