My Fun Fitness Goal: Improve My Hooping! :)

Today's task for Spark Coach is to set a fun fitness goal. So, while I've thought about these goals for a few weeks, I haven't actually made them official goals...until now!
I want to get out of waist hoop-land (and successfully pass the hoop from my shoulders to hips & back)!
I want to hoop & walk around at the same time!
I want to learn to change direction mid-hooping & a couple of easy tricks (like stir-the-pot)!
My deadline for these goals is Sept. 1st!
And now that it's offical, I'd better get to work!
