Water and food

I've taken to drinking water more regularly. It has become easier over the last few days. I'm not sure if that is simply because my only option is water or that I am genuinely doing better. Today I will have reached the same amount of days drinking water as my current spark streak. That means tomorrow marks the beginning of a new streak! This is a big deal to me since the original streak was from 2010. So on the water front I am doing really good.

Now onto food. I suck at this at the moment. I put in my food for lunch and breakfast and had already reached my daily counts. I just stopped adding foods right there. This doesn't include any of my liquid calories or my ritual night time snacks. When I say night time snacks I mean it. It's just like you would imagine, from cookies to snack cakes to candies. This is an area I need to work on.

So, the best thing that happened today was the lawn mowing. My husband and I got out and took turns mowing the lawn. Which counts as exercise! Also, it means that I have made my first week in a while doing 90 minutes of exercise. I'm excited. It actually makes me want to do the same next week. What a weird motivation.

So the low today is food intake but the highs are water and exercise.
