Hopeful Exercise Habit

So I read an article that suggests doing four things to start the exercise habit.
1 - Set an easy, specific, measurable goal.
2 - Log it daily.
3 - Report it to others and
4 - Add motivation as needed

My goal is to work out for five minutes each day in the morning, on a different body part each day Day 1 abs, Day 2 arms, Day 3 legs and repeat continually for 30 days. I'm going to see how it goes. It seems easy enough.
