work and tennis

Worked just a tiny bit this morning and then did 40 minutes of tennis after I got off work. I'm loving my Fitbit. I guess the thing I like most about it is the tracking of nutrition and exercise. Did the sleep thing last night and was surprised at the results. Some nights I don't think I sleep so well, but Fitbit proved me wrong...well at least for last night. Will try it again over a period of time and see how I do.

    I like my fitbit for the same reasons as you. The sleep thing has helped me in realizing that I needed to get more sleep even though I am getting good quality sleep.
