Stillman diet not for me

I tried the stillman diet quick weight loss. It is only meat, eggs, and low fat cheese. That is it, nothing else. As low fat low carb as you can get. No frying, no bitter, no olis. And it was super boring! Day one and two wern't that bad but day 3 was a killer! I ended up binging in the veneing on peanut butter cups.

Oh well live and learn. It is back to my low carb and counting calories diet.

    yuck! Sorry, but I can't even believe someone tried to say that a diet like that was healthy.

    It all comes down to burning more calories than you consume, and to eating a healthy balanced diet, to give your body all of the nutrients and vitamins that it needs.

    I'm glad you are off the diet. Stick with trying to be healthy, you can do it.
