It's been going fairly good so far, I am enjoying juicing and the benefits. Since Monday (Day 1) I have lost 4 pounds.... while I'm sure it's just water weight, I'll take it! I haven't been able to get down at all so it's helping me to stay motivated and stick with it.

I'm going to go another week with juicing for breakfast and lunch and eating a nice dinner. It seems to be working for me, I have had a couple of days where I ate lunch instead of juice, but I have made sure that I drank at least 2 juices a day. I'm going to try and just have juices for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

I already went grocery shopping today for the weekend and most of next week, so I should be all set :)

I've never had so much produce in my cart at one time lol

    Hey Roni, good job on the weight loss. I ate like that in the interim after my 60 day juice fast. Called it paleo with juicing. In a previous blog you said that you wanted 10 days but only 5 were recommended. Where did you hear that? Cause I did 60 - monitored by my dr and blood tests at the 45 day mark.
    YOu are doing great- good luck with your juice journey.

    Wish I could do the juicing bit....I've got to have something I can chew.....veggies, cereal, something. THe juice just doesn't do it for me!
