Getting Real

A few years ago, I started losing weight but I never weighed myself. I had a general idea of what I had weighed. I thought that because i am wearing similar clothing sizes, I weigh that weight again. To my disappointment, I am 40 lbs heavier than I thought I was!

I have two choices. I can let it bring me down and use it as an excuse, or I can realize that my denial has gotten me here, and reality is the only thing that can get me out.
