Why is it that you can go without the wrong kinds of foods for better than a week and have a DAY with poorer choices and manage to gain? I will do the right thing and get over it but it stinks!
Off to a better day and week by restarting the goals . I will not let this get me down.

I am going to my weight watchers meeting this morning.
