Nothing outstanding has happened today so I will just write a short update.
I'm on track with my water goal.
I've realized that I only have to exercise for 15 minutes and I can make the 90 min goal for the week. This is encouraging because it means that I could be starting another spark streak if I try hard enough.
I've been unusually hungry today even after eating food. Actually, its been the last few days really with yesterday evening being an exception. So, it just makes me want to eat more and at the moment I am consciously not eating. But it is hard to do. I think I will spend some time looking at ways to curb the hunger effectively.
