Finally feeling a little like myself again...

My last entry was about my first major accomplishment....completing a 5K. Within a short period of time after, I had some significant medical concerns arise and derail me until recently. I've started attending Zumba classes again, and even began swimming. This morning, I did a twenty minute walk/run on the treadmill and it felt great! Within a few days of resuming my routine, my mind feels clearer, my body aches have decreased and in general I'm happier...

Exercise truly is the most under marketed antidepressant...
