New goals and first weight loss goal reached.

Alright June went pretty good. I managed to get in core workouts all four weeks so I will continue that goal this month with adding another day. next goal is to do ST once a week. third goal is to Get up on time. No more sleeping in.

Alright i'm so excited I reached my first goal weight 134 a month early of my deadline. Only 19 more pounds to my final goal. So I don't care how long that takes I will just keep on keeping on.
