I slept in this morning but did rise in time to go to Zumba. It was another great workout. I came home and started cleaning. I'm throwing away a lot of papers I'm not using or no longer need. Actually the whole thing started as I am looking for documentation for my (teaching) license renewal. Now I need to get this pile of papers off the floor!
I took a short nap and then went back to the gym for water aerobics this evening. I made a tasty dinner: mini pizzas using 100 calorie English Muffins. I used 1/4 cup of 2% mozzarella cheese and some items I picked up from the salad bar (grilled chicken, green peppers and red onions). I had some tomato sauce left from last nights dinner.
The gym will be open for a short time tomorrow. One of my gym friends wants to do something after we work out.
