Another week and well...

I've been slacking a bit. I have been eating healthy and keeping track of what I've been eating - though some of it is hit or miss because of various rl complications. I didn't bother inputting anything over the weekend or Monday until yesterday. I really haven't been around on SP either.

The Good:

-- By and large, have eaten healthy.
-- Have exercised at least 15 minutes a day at a minimum.

The Bad:

-- Motivation is much lower.
-- Feeling down that I can't do certain Yoga poses because I don't have the upper body strength to hold my body with just my arms.

Yesterday, I had a migraine. It was a pretty bad one. As such, I didn't really eat, which was reflected in that I didn't come anywhere close to meeting my nutritional goals for the day. However, I did do about 15 minutes of yoga as a means of trying to untense my muscles in my back in the hope that would relieve the migraine. It worked somewhat, so that is good.

Today, I had to take the car in - again - and have errands to do. Breakfast was another Luna Bar but lunch was nice and filling - leftovers of Kasha Varnishikes. I want to squeeze in some yoga before I go to bed, so hopefully that will happen.
