July goals..

They say when you have a plan you should write it down, and I am a firm believer of
write it down and make it happen. because failing to plan is only planning to fail.

I have not been failing at staying focused and really sticking to my plans.. so this month is not going to be any different.. I am planning on staying focused and having a goal.. it may be small but it is going to get me to my major goal

First goal: Is to stay accountable with my accountability groups that I am in on Facebook. also to blog here at least 3x a week.

2nd.. We put the Y on hold for the Summer that is only because we enjoy the out doors and are going away a couple of times before September. so with that my goal is to work out at home in side or out 3x weekly in addition to my 2x rowing night and 1x cycle night .. by doing squats every day, push ups every day and sit ups every day..

3rd goal. keep the focus on eating clean and eating 3 meals with 2 snacks each day.
yes there are a couple of family events and bbqs I plan on making healthy choices

4th goal.. try to do something for me at least 2x weekly meaning something that relaxes me and motivates me .. riding my bike is always that case but I would like to got to the local beach and just sit and read.. planning on doing that next day off from work..
