Today's coaching session asked if my journey so far had been adventurous, or how could I make it fun and exciting? At first I thought adventurous? How can weight loss be adventurous? But than I remembered, this isn't about weight loss, it's about a healthy lifestyle. It's about changing how I live! No, I'm not climbing any mountains or even running for that matter but I am making changes and that is the heart of adventure.

I have a spark streak of four weeks of exercise now. So, I am rewarding myself with an art class. My old mind set would have been to beat myself up for not having done this sooner or some other reason. So changing my attitude is part of my adventure. Taking a fun new class is part of my adventure. Becoming a healthier me is an adventure. I am adventurous, who knew?
