Today I can confidently say I will stay on track in San Diego. I will have a light breakfast of egg and toast (300 cals), fruits for snacks (100), fish tacos for lunch (600), and I will keep dinner under 600 cals, including a cocktail. Do-able! Also, I will need to fit in two runs, so there's that. Our rental has a gym, and I can do burpees anywhere, so no excuses there.
Oh man - a Beard Papas is opening up at our local mall. Right near the kids playground. I LOVE cream puffs. Dang it!!! I read they are 220 cals....not horrific for a treat....but man.
