Swimming- Nice morning work out

I got up early this morning and made my way to the gym. I did remember to have a bowl of cheerios and milk before I left. I was able to swim some laps before the water aerobic class started. I was even able to do a few more laps after the class.

I came home and had lunch (tuna sandwich and apple) yum. I am still hungry will have to investigate what I have in the house to eat. It is time to go to the grocery again.

I am still working on finding balance in my eating. I am struggling to get enough potassium and magnesium. Wonder if that is even possible. It also seems that my sodium is way above the recommended. At the end of the day I find myself still needing to get in some more carbs. I still need to find a good list of go to carbs.

My biggest challenge to day will be eating out after a church meeting tonight. It is a weekly challenge. Trying to find out what is best to eat at the place we are going. At least I usually know where we are going so that I can try to make choices in advance.

I am still hoping to find a good accountability partner. I really think that will help me to keep on track.
