Day 2-Atkins-July 2

Energy HIGH!!! Unlike yesterday when I was sleepy most of the day, today I feel alert and great! (I couldn't help weighing in before wednesday and was another .5 lb lighter!) Workout was also great this morning. Apparently a ton of carbs aren't necessary for the type of workouts I'm doing.Today I noticed that my stomach also feels smaller...feels a bit weird actually!

Since I've been consuming so many eggs, I remembered deviled eggs and how wonderfully delicious they are! Will definitely be making some later today. Anyone have any favorite egg recipes that are Induction Phase friendly?

    Great recipes...thank you. I'll be trying the CHICKEN DIVAN recipe tonight. My mom used to make this a long time ago so it is about time to try it again!
