Day 1: Yoga Challenge & Shopping

I recently found and online yoga challenge for free on YouTube. It's a 30 day challenge and she goes through all the basics of yoga each day so that by the end you're ready for a real yoga class. I LOVE IT. I have never really been that into yoga, but I do need to work on my flexibility. I think that the short workouts will be just what I need to get started on more intense fitness.

I'm also going shopping later, that means lots of walking. I would say that's an extra cardio workout! {it might be a bit of a stretch, but just go with it}

I'll check back tomorrow for day 2 of my fitness/health goals.

    Awesome! I've done yoga challenges before, and they're amazing for easily getting you into the swing of things without pushing you too much. Eventually I found yoga to be my go-to when I need to take a breather and relax at any point in the day. Hope your practice becomes that way for you too!
