SOUTH BEACH DIET

One of the things I love best is starch and sweets and I find that I don't lose at all when I eat them....even in small quantities.
This week I am starting the South Beach Diet which has two weeks induction period which is no sweets and carbs...should be interesting and hope I can make it through the 2 weeks
Since I have an energy problem and go to sleep tired and wake up tired I am hoping some energy is going to come back since I want to double my exercise since I find what I am pushing to do now is difficult for me each day though I want to do more than I am doing.
Today I feel like talking less an doing more will let you all know how I do this week with this new plan.
