Turbo Fire/Chalene Extreme Combo - Week 1

I finished my first week of the Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme Combo and very much enjoyed the mix of hard cardio and strength training. My schedule for the week was:

Sunday: CE Burn 1
Monday: Fire 30
Tuesday: Fire 55EZ
Wednesday: CE Burn 1
Thursday: Abs 10/Elliptical
Friday: Fire 45
Saturday: CE Burn 2
Sunday: Abs 10/Elliptical

From now on my "week" goes from Monday-Sunday for my schedule.

My eating was pretty good the four days I worked, about 1600 average. I find it easier to stay on track on days I work because I am more regimented about what I eat. On my three days off I was more in the 1800 calorie range so that is an area I can work on.

My weigh in on Saturday - 143.6 lbs so I have made progress! Hopefully I can keep it up and finally get below 142
