Okay I know I haven't been on here much but I really haven't been on my computer in general lately.. I have found a health coach on youtube that has really inspired me! I've posted a new fitness accountability folder on my facebook where I posted my hidious before pictures.. and created a new weight lifting and cardio workout. I even hit a goal on the treadmill the other day! I walked for an hour and 27 minutes on the max incline (the whole time) and burned 1000 (yes a thousand) calories!! I felt soo amazing and proud of myself afterward!
