Day 1.....

Well..... I wanted to try just exclusively juicing for 10 days, but it's recommended no more than 5. That being said, I think I'm going to opt for juicing most of the day, then eating a sensible dinner. I ended up having to run some errands that came up unexpectedly and it took a little longer than I thought it would. When I got home, I was starving :( so my plan isn't going quite like I wanted, but this is a trial and error right now. Also, I tried not having coffee over the weekend..... not happening, at least not right now, I had the WORST headache ever lol....

Ok, so I took measurements and weighed my self, so depressing *sigh* but it's my own fault so I'm the one that's going to have to fix it :) I also took pics in a bikini so that I could 'see' the difference. I did think about posting them on here, but not sure if I'm that brave yet lol

All in all so far today has been pretty good, I've had 2 juices so far, 2 pieces of bologna (yes, I know, I know) and 2 pieces of cheese. So for the rest of the day the plan is one more juice, steak pinwheels with spinach and cheese, butternut squash and broccoli, then if I end up hungry later maybe some cherries :)
