July Goals

My New Goals:

1) A toughy - 1,000 minutes of cardio / strenght training
2) 1250 spark points (another trophy)
3) Reduce my 5k run time from 45.25 mins to 44 minutes
4) Loose 1 inch of belly
5) Stick to 2 fast days per week
6) Drink less than 20 glasses of wine !
