week 2

so after my two days which included a box of chocolates for dinner and then a MacDonalds meal for lunch the next day (although that's all I ate that day) I lost 0.2lbs but you know what? It's still a loss! It's not a gain which is what I thought it would be so hurrah!

I'm fairly sure that this time next week I won't be able to say the same thing as I will have been at a wedding for 2 days and I know that lots of wine/food will be consumed but I'll deal with it. Mentally I feel a bit better being a bridesmaid not at my heaviest ever, even if it is only half a stone. I have another wedding in August and I'd really like to be able to fit into a dress I have which means I'd need to get to around 215 for that to happen. Less for it to happen comfortably. Not sure if it's possible to lose 22lbs in 1.5 months but I'm going to give it a go!!

All the walking up and down the wards helps too emoticon
