Physical Assesment at the Gym.

Well lets see I had my physical assesment done today at the gym and it was better than I thought. It turns out that 125 lbs of my body is just muscle, skin, hair and bone so in actual fact the trainer said i'm in pretty good shape. It turns out that most women when they get the assesment done they are lower than 90 lbs. They say that women who have a higher number turn out to loose weight better and develope good muscle mass.

Yeah for me!!!
