Sunday's thoughts

Sunday, June 30, 2013

Yesterday's tour of the fire station and the fire truck went well. They had to leave mid tour of the fire truck because they got a call which I totally expected to happe. We took an opportunity to go outside and look around. The fire station is really nice and the people were really nice. The guy who gave us a tour was really cute (shhhh don't tell anybody). Today we went to church and then to the library. I got most of the books on my list. The one book I really wanted wasn't available but I am hoping that it becomes available by the next time we go to the library. I got the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series and movie number 2 in the series. I saw the first movie. Once our air conditioner is fixed and Elijah is happily sleeping in his own bed I am going to (hopefully) make some pop corn (if we have it) and have a glass or two of wine after Elijah goes to bed and watch the movie. Hopefully tomorrow they will have the ac fixed and I can close the blinds and my curtains all of the way and move my desk back to where it was and have my twin size bed back to myself. As fun as the spring into summer challenge to lose 5% of my body weight was I'm not sure if I want to joing the summer challenge. I have learned a lot during the challenge. I'm not crazy about the weekly weigh ins. I am going to see if I can skip the summer challenge and join in the fall or the winter challenge. I am going to email one of the leaders and ask. Mom is off on Thursday and Friday so I am thinking that I am going to go to the fitness center or the park really early on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I really love getting up early and going to the fitness center early and not having any body inside with me or walking out to somebody wanting to give me their number. I go to the fitness center to sweat, not to get guys numbers or to get hit on. I really don't want to talk to anybody while I am there.
