Today the barrier was broken. The barrier that I would not do 30 mins of exercise. The treadmill was first today. At 14.9 minutes I wanted desperately to quit. Switching music I continued to the beat of the song. I peeped thru my now closed eyes and saw 18.9 mins. My goal was at least 20 mins on the treadmill. Pushing forward at the end of the song the screen displayed 20.50. Victory!

Next 10 easy minutes on the wii free step gave me my first 30+ mins. Looking forward to tomorrow if I can move.

    Isn't that the best feeling? when you want to quit but give it your all and meet your mark?!

    You might try spending extra time stretching muscles, if the muscles are markedly sore tomorrow, but the soreness actually peaks either the next day or the day after that, from what I understand. Still, don't wait to exercise until they feel all better again.. Keep an eye on it, but keep up your performance!!! You Go!! You Rock!!

    Wake! Go! Rock the Fitness! and repeat!
