I have been exercising more regularly. My mood has improved and I'm feeling more confident. I also feel better about my body (but my weight is about the same). I have slimmed down a little. My pants fit better. I joined a class three times a week. I doing Zumba, and if I miss a day, then I'll lose the steps I've learned. The dancing is fun. This commitment has really helped me stick to my exercise program. It feels nice that the small steps really help. I'm trying to develop habits I'll be able to maintain when I return to work.
