4th time to start over again

Sunday, June 30, 2013

I wonder if this counts as a step along the way of my personal journey. It's taking so long to find a journey for me, and not just stumble along on someone else's. OK - so I started today - I've put my food in the tracker, and my goal is to track all of my food, yes, even how much soda I drink, for this upcoming week.

That's a great way to start! I think everyone here restarts a few times- its the determination to get back up that counts. You can do it!

Tracking is a huge eye opener. Remember, staying within your calorie limits is the key and your body will take care of the rest. You can do this! LIke they say, fall down 7 times, stand up 8. You'll figure this out and you've got friends here to help you along the way. We can do this!

What this tell me is that you are not quitting or giving up and you are persevering and learning what is working and what is not working for you.
