Insanity week 2 day 1

Today's workout was cardio power and resistance. I don't want to say that insanity get's easy because it doesn't; lets just say I had less "rest stops" during my workout than the first time I did it. My goal is not merely to lose weight but to become stronger and lose inches. I hope to complete my workouts without resting expect for the recommended water breaks in that way I can track my progress better that that which shows on the scale. Have a blessed day!!
