Tracking Fail Week

I mean, I didn't track anything I ate, and I even forgot to track my workouts today. I may go back and put those in for this week, mostly because I feel bad about it. I enjoyed my workouts this week. Boot camp has been going good so far with my gym, we'll see what the results say on Monday or Tuesday though.

So the goal this week is to try and actually track something past breakfast, that way I'm less likely to forget about it. Then we'll see how horrible I'm eating. I do need to get more water in for sure. In the meantime, keep sparking everyone!

    I know how you feel. I started tracking first thing in the morning--planning my day--and it has helped tremendously! Keep Sparking. You're on the right path.

    You have been doing great regardless of whether it is written down or not. But, tracking after the fact might help you realize where you actually are and how you are doing. Have a lovely and very blessed Sunday.
